Make sure the CJ’s team is right for you.
We are a pretty tight bunch and have a ton of fun. We value and embrace everyones individuality. We also turn out some pretty awesome dessert creations. Besides that, we take our jobs seriously and when it’s time to work …it’s time to work. Balance is key! We are always looking for leadership and the ability to step up when needed. An outgoing and charismatic personality is a must. The ability to have an engaging conversation with the customer is more important than being able to make an ice cream cone, we will teach you how to do that don’t worry!

along with a short video clip sent via INSTAGRAM @cjsitalianiceandcustard talking about some of the points below. IT’S OK if you don’t have a resume, we get a lot of people where this is their first job. If that is you, just send the video.

Step 3.
Wait for us to reach out to you. We get a ton of emails and videos every day. Sometimes we are hiring and sometimes we are not, but we are always accepting them. Just because we do not reach out immediately doesn’t mean we aren’t interested. Perhaps we are fully staffed or we are saving your application for a later period when some of our employees go off to college or move on to the next step in their lives. We love getting applications and videos and seeing the potential out there in our awesome city!
